Avyakt Baba especially focuses on inculcation of divine virtues. We decided to select such virtues and conduct monthly workshops. Monthly Avyakt signals from Madhuban add to our discussions. Good wishes and teachings from senior Didis no less help us to further progress. One of the divine virtues on which Baba repeatedly cautions is "The virtue of Contentment". Our workshop began with a short video about the Goddess Santosh, who is worshipped on the path of bhakti. We remembered the qualities of Mama. Brahma Baba and Mama are examples for us on this spiritual path. We felt their invisible presence at our gathering.Essence which emerged through our discussions is as follows: What kind of contentment does the Supreme Father teach us, playing the role of our Teacher, in this Confluence Age? When we talk about inner, true, lasting contentment, we emphasize that this contentment is based on supersensible achievements (that is, we are filled not through physical, material organs – eyes, ears, organs of touch, smell, etc.). This fullness comes through our union with the Supreme Father, the accumulation of treasures of knowledge, powers, virtues, and the accumulation of true and imperishable values. The Supreme Father, the Supreme Teacher, gives us many different methods to obtain the three certificates of contentment: with ourselves, from God, and the Brahmin family. Contentment is a special decoration of the personality. Being contented means to maintain our dignity. A contented person shares his happiness with others, he never complains or envies. Sisters and brothers shared with great love the yuktis that helped them to stay contented; they remembered the moments of their Brahmin life when they felt deep inner fulfillment. Conclusions:<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li>When there is contentment, we perceive any problem as a means to ascend. We need to focus not on the problem, but on the solution.&nbsp;</li><li>A contented person does not expect anything from others. If no one pays attention to us, if no one asks "How are you?", can we remain content? A contented person does not depend on the opinions and behavior of others.&nbsp; When a person does not deviate from his principles, following the voice of conscience, inner harmony is created. We must be aware of our spiritual treasures and our unique role in this World Drama, and then contentment will come to us.&nbsp;</li><li>We must focus on good features in the people around us. If we look at bad qualities, and keep garbage in our heads, it brings suffering, and contentment disappears. If we look only at good qualities, our thoughts will be pure, our actions elevated. Then contentment will surely come.&nbsp;</li><li>In any situation, even the most unfavorable from the outside, we need to do what we can, and not be upset by the result. Honest efforts will surely bear fruit, even if the fruits do not appear immediately. It helps to stay satisfied.</li><li>Being detached from my body and bodily roles, I can stay in the remembrance of God and be filled with all His powers and qualities. It gives me the opportunity to enjoy all the scenes of the World Drama. &nbsp;</li></ul>During the workshop, we only touched the faces of this unlimited quality. Madhuban experience: why Madhuban pulls the soul, which special efforts are expected to be done in Madhuban, feeling of difference between Sakar and Avyakt BapDada, what did you bring from Madhuban. Mayak Mira park also brought us a Madhuban feeling while we had a Creative task on Image of the bestower, sharing history of spiritual love, blessing the Elements of Nature. Ofcourse, regular morning exercises, vegetable cutting as in Madhuban, Madhuban tea and light BrahmaBhoj in silence, etc. remained eternally in our hearts.The retreat program utilized materials and exercises that the Brahmins brought from Madhuban this season. Moscow BKs Celebrate International Children's Day,on Sunday, June 1, 2025

AT GLOBAL ECONOMIC SUMMIT FORUM ST. PETERSBURG, RUSSIA(May, 2025)1st week of May, 2025, saw tremendous preparations in Russia for celebrating the 80th anniversary of Victory in World War II. Leaders from around the world began arriving here from 6th May, and that was the time when scores of side events with participants representing BRICS nations started taking place. The guests received an opportunity to absorb the country’s splendour, cultural richness and its long history. Global Economic Forum Summit was held in this country from 8th to 13th May, and as part of the Summit, a group of dignitaries from India representing Education, Business, Art and Culture lead by Dr. Hari Krishna Maram, Founder Chairman of Global Economic Forum, arrived in St. Petersburg, the cultural capital of Russia, on 10th May. One of the venues for the Forum sessions here was a prestigious “Sankt Petersburg” hotel. Baba's Children in Ukraine Reveal Their Methods of Maintaining an Elevated Stage

We are all doing well in Kiev. Periodically, despite the difficult circumstances of the present time in Ukraine, Baba's children from different cities of the country (Kiev, Odessa, Uzhgorod, Lviv, Nikolaev, Mykolaiv, Bila Tserkva, Ternopil, Kharkov, etc.) with lots of love and enthusiasm, have been coming here to continue construction, planned repair work in SRC, as well as various kinds of work in the garden. Baba named His sacred Retreat place as Sangam. Wah! We had glimpses of the ongoing Kumbh Mela and enjoyed watching all the scenes of Drama! We celebrate all the festivals. While sisters decorate the main hall, prepare tolis, sweet treats, etc., brothers not only wash the utensils but also help in other services to maintain the sanctity of SRC. We gather together at the table 3 times a day exceptionally twice! Everyone was so fascinated by the joint work that we decided to continue this tradition. Many brothers and sisters, sometimes guests join online to watch the festivals, classes, ruhruhan. Sweet treats, toli, gifts, and songs continued during the celebrations and create special atmosphere of light, unity, inspirations.... at Baba's SRC. Our Respected Chakradhari Didi, Sudha Didi, Santosh Didi, Bro. Vijay and many seniors continue to shower on us the unlimited good wishes and blessings. We do feel pure vibrations reaching us from brothers and sisters from Russia Region, from Madhuban and the global family. For the first time, dear brother&nbsp;Atam Prakash, Senior Teacher of Raja Yoga of Brahma Kumaris, Madhuban&nbsp;visited Tashkent, Capital city of Uzbekistan&nbsp;to meet the BKs and to conduct a couple of public programmes of&nbsp;Raja Yoga (RY).&nbsp;As a specialist, Atambhai&nbsp;explained the theory of Raja Yoga (as taught at&nbsp;Brahma Kumaris world-wide)&nbsp;at two places where hatha yoga is practiced. Theory and practice gave rise to easy forms of learning Raja Yoga. The company of a Raja Yogi&nbsp;from Abu, India, which&nbsp;is well known as a sacred place of&nbsp;Yogis, gave learners an alokik experience and ease with the practice of RY for more than an hour.Bro. Atam ji also had an interest to get acquainted with the city and&nbsp;Uzbeks.&nbsp;He was taken on tour in Tashkent and refreshed with them.The&nbsp;Indian diaspora&nbsp;of&nbsp;Tashkent&nbsp;also had an opportunity to meet the guest from&nbsp;Madhuban.&nbsp;The friendly&nbsp;get-together had about 50 listeners. &nbsp;After a short rest the Atambhai&nbsp;went on an excursion to the monument to&nbsp;Lal Bahadur Shastri and&nbsp;Amir Temur Square.At the Embassy of India, Atam bhai was received by&nbsp;Her Excellency the Ambassador of India to Uzbekistan, Ms. Smita Pant.&nbsp;The meeting took place in a warm, friendly atmosphere and ended with several minutes of powerful yoga, which was conducted by&nbsp;Bro Atam Prakash.Pure feelings from BKs: * "Wherever Brother Atam Prakash appeared, an atmosphere of light and power was created all around." * "We thank our Destiny for this amazing visit of this wise&nbsp;elevated powerful teacher of Raja Yoga to Tashkent." * "Short and sweet visit remained in our heart an unforgettable gift for us and for listeners from Baba."
