<p><strong>Avyakt Baba</strong> especially focuses on inculcation of divine virtues. We decided to select such virtues and conduct monthly workshops. Monthly Avyakt signals from Madhuban add to our discussions. Good wishes and teachings from senior <strong>Didis</strong> no less help us to further progress.<br><br>One of the divine virtues on which <strong>Baba</strong> repeatedly cautions is "<strong>The virtue of Contentment</strong>". Our workshop began with a short video about the <strong>Goddess Santosh</strong>, who is worshipped on the path of bhakti. We remembered the qualities of Mama. Brahma Baba and <strong>Mama</strong> are examples for us on this spiritual path. We felt their invisible presence at our gathering.</p><p><strong>Essence which emerged through our discussions is as follows:</strong><br><br>What kind of contentment does the <strong>Supreme Father</strong> teach us, playing the role of our <strong>Teacher,</strong> in this Confluence Age? When we talk about inner, true, lasting contentment, we emphasize that this contentment is based on supersensible achievements (that is, we are filled not through physical, material organs – eyes, ears, organs of touch, smell, etc.). This fullness comes through our union with the <strong>Supreme Father</strong>, the accumulation of treasures of knowledge, powers, virtues, and the accumulation of true and imperishable values. The Supreme Father, the Supreme Teacher, gives us many different methods to obtain the three certificates of contentment: with ourselves, from <strong>God</strong>, and the <strong>Brahmin family</strong>. Contentment is a special decoration of the personality. Being contented means to maintain our dignity. A contented person shares his happiness with others, he never complains or envies. Sisters and brothers shared with great love the yuktis that helped them to stay contented; they remembered the moments of their <strong>Brahmin</strong> life when they felt deep inner fulfillment.<br><br><strong>Conclusions:</strong></p><ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li>When there is contentment, we perceive any problem as a means to ascend. We need to focus not on the problem, but on the solution.&nbsp;</li><li>A contented person does not expect anything from others. If no one pays attention to us, if no one asks "How are you?", can we remain content? A contented person does not depend on the opinions and behavior of others.&nbsp;<br>When a person does not deviate from his principles, following the voice of conscience, inner harmony is created. We must be aware of our spiritual treasures and our unique role in this World Drama, and then contentment will come to us.&nbsp;</li><li>We must focus on good features in the people around us. If we look at bad qualities, and keep garbage in our heads, it brings suffering, and contentment disappears. If we look only at good qualities, our thoughts will be pure, our actions elevated. Then contentment will surely come.&nbsp;</li><li>In any situation, even the most unfavorable from the outside, we need to do what we can, and not be upset by the result. <strong>Honest</strong> efforts will surely bear fruit, even if the fruits do not appear immediately. It helps to stay <strong>satisfied</strong>.</li><li>Being detached from my body and bodily roles, I can stay in the remembrance of God and be filled with all His powers and qualities. It gives <strong>me</strong> the opportunity to enjoy all the scenes of the World Drama.<br>&nbsp;</li></ul><p>During the workshop, we only touched the faces of this unlimited quality. Vijay joined us on the occasion of our 33rd anniversary to shine us with spiritual light and might. Bro. Vijay's visit to Brest was a real gift for the whole Bramin family. We enjoyed his company. &nbsp;We enjoyed the closeness to Baba, enjoyed Baba's Knowledge that he shared, enjoyed the questions and answers session, enjoyed yoga practices, enjoyed the daily evening walks with him, of course enjoyed Brahmbhojan, daily drishti with toli. All this is beyond expression in words.</p><p>We played the game of how thorns change into flowers in one second. We wished each other manifest the best qualities, happy fortune, smiles, light and kindness… and it became a true and subtle gift to us from Baba on this special occasion.</p><p>For us, Bro. Vijay arrived like an angel instilling in us inspiration and enthusiasm, ease and contentment. It was very important to meet those who had been students of the University, those souls who are in close contact and are cooperating with us. New comers too were benefited.</p><p>The main point which Bro. Vijay emphasized during any conversation was about the virtue of Purity. Yogi life is not dry and boring, instead, it's a life of spiritual joy filled with pure feelings through which we become &nbsp;magnet that attracts other souls to the Supreme Father.</p><p>During the visit to Brest Fortress, Bro. Vijay had a meeting with Mrs. Galina Ivanova, Head of the Pioneer Organisation. While training the pioneers, Mrs Galina said 'Be ready' and pioneers replied in one voice 'Always ready”. Staying next to her we remembered Baba’s teaching to always say “Han ji” to any service we are offered, that is be ever-ready. And only then we receive extra marks and blessings.</p><p>To the question how can we help our city, our country, and the whole world now - at this time of catastrophes, wars and violence, Bro. Vijay repeated the Shrimat - By being in soul consciousness and in the remembrance of the Supreme Father, each of us can become a source of peace and purity and quench the thirst of souls, children of the Father.</p><p>We remember the day when Bro. Vijay had to be given a send off, none of us wanted to let him go. PETERSBURG, RUSSIA</p><p>(May, 2025)</p><p>1st week of May, 2025, saw tremendous preparations in Russia for celebrating the 80th anniversary of Victory in World War II. Leaders from around the world began arriving here from 6th May, and that was the time when scores of side events with participants representing BRICS nations started taking place. The guests received an opportunity to absorb the country’s splendour, cultural richness and its long history.<br>Global Economic Forum Summit was held in this country from 8th to 13th May, and as part of the Summit, a group of dignitaries from India representing Education, Business, Art and Culture lead by Dr. Hari Krishna Maram, Founder Chairman of Global Economic Forum, arrived in St. Petersburg, the cultural capital of Russia, on 10th May. One of the venues for the Forum sessions here was a prestigious “Sankt Petersburg” hotel. The weekly issue is prepared in Moscow and sent by e-mail to partners who contribute it to their publications. Readers love and trust the Weekly very much.<span class="gmail_default">&nbsp;</span>Among the authors of "New Tuesday" are famous writers and public figures, winners of various awards and competitions, including the prestigious Golden Pen award in the journalistic community. "New Tuesday" is an all-Russian weekly and has a tab application in the media of all the Federal Districts, including the Federal Weekly "Mir Novostei (World News). The total readership is more than 2.2 million people.</span>&nbsp;<br><br><span style="font-family:georgia, serif;font-size:large;"><strong>Leonid Arikh is also a laureate of the Golden Pen of Russia, Prize of the Union of Journalists of Russia.</strong>&nbsp;It is awarded annually for outstanding professional achievements, long-term work in the Russian press, radio and television, civic position and impeccable moral authority among colleagues.</span>&nbsp;<br><br><span style="font-family:georgia, serif;font-size:large;">During his warm-hearted, get-acquainted meeting with Didi at the Moscow center, Mr Arikh learned about the Center and its activities, and about the experiences of the students, who, with the help of Spiritual Knowledge and Raja Yoga, were able to easily overcome professional burnout, stress, bad habits – smoking, alcohol, and gain control over their minds and emotions.&nbsp; Mr Arikh was openly skeptical: "I doubt it! How is all this possible!" However, as an open hearted journalist he asked nearly 108 questions including about how the organisation was established and how everything began, who is Brahma? Can he be seen? His questions finished after meditating in Baba's room.</span>&nbsp;<br><br><span style="font-family:georgia, serif;font-size:large;">Indeed, how could one believe that a public organization exists on the voluntary, incognito students’ contributions, that they do everything with great enthusiasm. They maintain perfect cleanliness and beauty in the Center; prepare, conduct non-profit programs for all kinds of &nbsp;people; work on socially significant projects; even travel by invitation to other cities to give lectures! And no one gets a salary! For them it's a service and their sincere, pure desire for the Center to live, develop, and benefit not only themselves, but also other people, the city, the country, and the world. The journalist was met with something incomprehensible, but so attractive, some kind of miracle!</span>&nbsp;<br><br><span style="font-family:georgia, serif;font-size:large;">During a friendly lunch, the distinguished guests met a cook, a doctor by profession; a teacher of chemistry and biology, and a practicing psychologist who prepared beautiful fragrant pastries and decorated the table. At near-by tables, several people were decorating little cakes for the next day's program. In the yard, another student, a builder, an artist, and a designer by profession, was planting flowers as a gardener.</span>&nbsp;<br><br><span style="font-family:georgia, serif;font-size:large;">Mr Arikh asked: "You say that your self-improvement study lasts for the whole life. Do you give any diplomas to your students?" We replied that here we learn to live consciously, improve our character, and be filled with inner power. Therefore, our diploma is life itself, which becomes an inspiration for others.</span>&nbsp;<br><br><span style="font-family:georgia, serif;font-size:large;">We presented Mr Arikh with the Diploma of&nbsp;Public&nbsp;Recognition "Diamond of Benevolence" with the words: "For dedication to the profession, friendly and honest conversation with the reader, as a sign of respect for the work that helps build a better future."</span>&nbsp;<br><br><span style="font-family:georgia, serif;font-size:large;">Our meeting was so special and close to our hearts that we did not even notice that three hours had passed. We exchanged gifts. I wish for a pleasant and fruitful discussion".&nbsp;<strong>Ms. Irina Kraeva, Rector of Moscow State Linguistic University&nbsp;quotes, "</strong>today we are to discuss the very source of India's wisdom-the two great Epic poems Ramayana and Mahabharata. The interest of Russians for these masterpieces goes back to the times of Leo Tolstoy who, commenting on Mahabharata, wrote that "man ought to use all his spiritual power to do his moral duty". The Conference has a symbolic value: we foster deeper understanding of Indian civilization which will be beneficial at all levels - educational, political, social and economic".&nbsp;&nbsp;Professor&nbsp;<strong>Sergey Serebryany, Russian Indologist, specialist in the history of Indian literature and culture,</strong>&nbsp;<strong>said</strong>&nbsp;"that both epics attracted Western and Russian scholars for centuries. She got acquainted with&nbsp; <strong>Ms. Irina Kraeva, with the senior staff members, with the Youth participants, speakers and shared her feelings of spiritual significance with respect to the Indian Epics.</strong></p><p style="font-weight:400;">There were more than 20 presentations by scientists and teachers from Moscow, St. Petersburg and other cities, as well as guests from India. The cultural program became the bright decoration of the conference. The event brought together many participants who came to enjoy the atmosphere of creativity and to exchange experiences.</p><p style="font-weight:400;"><strong>Ms. Elena Syabro and Mr. Yuri Shiyan, talented singers,</strong>&nbsp;opened the program with the presentation of their songs. The songs touched the hearts of the audience and helped to feel that spring has come. The music filled the hall with lively emotions and inspiration.</p><p style="font-weight:400;"><strong>Ms. Ekaterina Ozerova, a teacher of choreography, winner of Russian and international dance festivals,</strong>&nbsp;showed her skills in the tribal fusion style, and also talked about the role of dancing in her life. Her performance was a vivid example of how movement can be a means of self-expression and personal development.</p><p style="font-weight:400;"><strong>The Indian Shiv Jayanti festival&nbsp;</strong>also became a part of the program. The participants shared their impressions of the trips to India and the feelings they had towards the country. Thanks to the video, everyone could make a virtual trip to India and visit&nbsp;<strong>Madhuban&nbsp;</strong>where the headquarters of the&nbsp;<strong>Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual University&nbsp;</strong>is located. This magical place attracts thousands of people from all over the world who have a desire to be filled with good energy and spiritually renewed.</p><p style="font-weight:400;"><strong>Yuri Shiyan</strong>&nbsp;also shared his impressions of a recent trip to India. He performed a composition inspired by Indian culture with great enthusiasm. With the sounds of his guitar, all the guests dove into meditation with thoughts of love and gratitude to the Almighty Father and fate for all the good things in their life.</p><p style="font-weight:400;"><strong>Alla Sadovnikova from Vladivostok and Margarita Vladovskaya from Novosibirsk,&nbsp;</strong>who have been practicing Raja Yoga for more than 30 years, talked about how Yoga helps them to face life's difficulties and achieve harmony.</p><p style="font-weight:400;">Our Senior Teachers, Didi Sudha and Dr. Vijay Kumar, shared their feelings and inspired the participants to further their&nbsp;development and self—improvement.</p><p style="font-weight:400;">The hall was decorated with flags with the symbolic image of God. The point of light in the center symbolizes the Light of the Supreme Soul, the Supreme Father. In India He is called "Shiva", which means "Benefactor", the One who brings only benefit to everyone. Baba's Children in Ukraine Reveal Their Methods of Maintaining an Elevated Stage

<p>We are all doing well in Kiev. Periodically, despite the difficult circumstances of the present time in Ukraine, Baba's children from different cities of the country (Kiev, Odessa, Uzhgorod, Lviv, Nikolaev, Mykolaiv, Bila Tserkva, Ternopil, Kharkov, etc.) with lots of love and enthusiasm, have been coming here to continue construction, planned repair work in SRC, as well as various kinds of work in the garden. Baba named His sacred Retreat place as Sangam. Wah! We had glimpses of the ongoing Kumbh Mela and enjoyed watching all the scenes of Drama! We celebrate all the festivals. While sisters decorate the main hall, prepare tolis, sweet treats, etc., brothers not only wash the utensils but also help in other services to maintain the sanctity of SRC. We gather together at the table 3 times a day exceptionally twice! Everyone was so fascinated by the joint work that we decided to continue this tradition.<br><br>Many brothers and sisters, sometimes guests join online to watch the festivals, classes, ruhruhan. Sweet treats, toli, gifts, and songs continued during the celebrations and create special atmosphere of light, unity, inspirations.... at Baba's SRC. Our Respected Chakradhari Didi, Sudha Didi, Santosh Didi, Bro. Vijay and many seniors continue to shower on us the unlimited good wishes and blessings. Followed by the meditation, we the children of the Purifier Father gathered around the fire to burn to the slightest traces of impurity on the eve of the Rakshabandhan celebration. After such a ceremony we returned to our rooms and moved into the Lap of the Purifier Father and Mother.</p><p style="text-align:justify;"><strong>Sweet Silence</strong></p><p style="text-align:justify;">Filled with Sweet Silence from the beginning of Amritvela our retreat mood continued with Karma yoga and spiritual study. In addition, an online workshop "Light and Might of the Army of God" was also organised. In the evening we gathered in the newly built summer pavilion to meet the revered Didi Sudha via Zoom.</p><p style="text-align:justify;">"When we tie rakhi to someone or some one comes to have a rakhi tie us, at that time a state of the soul naturally arises: "I, the soul, look at the soul." This soul consciousness of both me and the other person is the foundation of purity. And in order to make this practice firm, we celebrate it every year, because knowledge of the soul is our first and our last lesson," said Didi.<br>A sweet surprise was the joining of Baba's special jewel, Didi Chakradhari in the meeting. Didi Chakradhari addressed to us with words of inspiration and blessing, and also congratulated us for celebrating the sacred festival in Ukraine.</p><p style="text-align:justify;"><strong>Main event</strong></p><p style="text-align:justify;">Definitely, the main event of the retreat was the elevated celebration of Rakshabandhan. After a talk on the spiritual significance of the festival, everyone wrote a loving letter to Baba, got tied rakhi and applied tilak, received blessing, gift and toli. At the end of the Rakhi tying ceremony we sat together and again merged in the love of BapDada and divine family. Had Brahambhoj in silence.<br>&nbsp;</p><p style="text-align:justify;"><strong>Rakhi - a special gift of self-development</strong><br>Various programs of self-development and subtle service:</p><p style="text-align:justify;">Workshop on "Purity in the Service of the World", special meditation on "Serving the Elements of Nature", a friendly family talk on "Time of Receiving and Giving", an evening meditation on "Gratitude to the Father". A special event was the festive ceremony of planting flowers and trees in the garden of Baba's Sangam Retreat Center.<br>&nbsp;</p><p style="text-align:justify;"><strong>Suddenly came the Last day</strong><br>We felt how every minute of Rakhi gathering gave us &nbsp;unforgettable fruits of the Confluence Age. &nbsp;After the Murli class and breakfast, the retreat participants gathered for the farewell ceremony, vidai-badhai. Each Brahmin received an apple as a symbol of the instant fruit of spiritual efforts, and words of special inspiration from the senior sisters. Both large cities and small villages here are subjected to daily shelling and bombing. Electricity consumption is restricted now and then. In addition, the sounds of air raid sirens interrupt sleep at night though we all get up in time at Amrit Vela to go into Baba's lap again.</p><p style="text-align:justify;">However, during all this time, BKs and BK centres remain under the unbreakable canopy of God's protection.</p><p style="text-align:justify;">And our main focus now is on the on-line programmes, service with the mind, and personal spiritual efforts. In addition, we exchanged a lot with BKs in our region.</p><p style="text-align:justify;">At the moment lokik people generally do not move much away from their homes. One fortunate soul is currently taking the introductory course at the Kyiv centre. Of course, some attend online courses in Spiritual Knowledge and Raja Yoga Meditation. Some attend other courses.</p><p style="text-align:justify;">According to Trikaldarshi Baba's plan, to our fortune, we have the oasis of peace and safety, the Sangam Retreat Center (SRC), located in Vinnytsia Region of Ukraine. Although construction work is still ongoing at SRC, BKs from different cities of Ukraine take turns coming to SRC to do service, experience solitude, enrich the soul and rest.</p><p style="text-align:justify;">Happy to inform you that recently, a new automatic traffic control system was launched at the retreat centre. It operates in two buildings and also outdoors. Madhuban emerges in our hearts while listening to the beautiful traffic control songs.</p><p style="text-align:justify;">Welcome to the rich harvest of fresh fruits ripening in the blossoming orchard at Baba's SRC! Spiritual Survival of BK Family in Ukraine

<p>For the first time, dear brother&nbsp;<strong>Atam Prakash, Senior Teacher of Raja Yoga of Brahma Kumaris, Madhuban</strong>&nbsp;visited <strong>Tashkent, Capital city of Uzbekistan</strong>&nbsp;to meet the BKs and to conduct a couple of public programmes of&nbsp;Raja Yoga (RY).&nbsp;As a specialist, Atambhai&nbsp;explained the theory of Raja Yoga (as taught at&nbsp;Brahma Kumaris world-wide)&nbsp;at two places where hatha yoga is practiced. Theory and practice gave rise to easy forms of learning Raja Yoga. The company of a Raja Yogi&nbsp;from Abu, India, which&nbsp;is well known as a sacred place of&nbsp;Yogis, gave learners an alokik experience and ease with the practice of RY for more than an hour.</p><p>Bro.
