Those who are planning to travel should closely&nbsp;monitor the situation in the days leading up to their departure&nbsp;and check the status of all flight&nbsp;sectors before leaving&nbsp;their country.&nbsp;There may be last-minute cancellations on certain routes, which could affect connecting flights and delay&nbsp;your travel. This also applies when returning to your&nbsp;home country. In such cases, purchasing new tickets may be costly, and any delay in your return could disrupt work schedules or other pre-arranged commitments in your country.<o:p></o:p>2. It is important that any information regarding&nbsp;Cancellations or Changes in Travel Dates is updated in the DF Madhuban Travel Database and also sent by email to Shashiben's Office at&nbsp;shashi@bkivv.org, as the daily reports generated from the Database do not always reflect cancellations.<o:p></o:p>3.&nbsp;Please extend full cooperation to&nbsp;the DF Accommodation Team as there is limited space&nbsp;in Gyan Sarovar and Pandav Bhawan.&nbsp;<o:p></o:p>There may be a&nbsp;need to accommodate some double foreigners in Shantivan or Manmohini Van. If any double foreigners are staying beyond 24 March, they may shift to the Mount on 25 March. Please note that the Double Foreigner season in&nbsp;Abu will end around 31 March to 1-2 April 2026. In the sweet remembrance of BapDada, this is to inform that Respected Rajyogini BK Geeta Didi Ji, a senior and dedicated spiritual server of Prajapita Brahma Kumaris Ishwariya Vishwa Vidyalaya, and who was serving as the Headquarters Coordinator (HQ Coordinator) of the Business &amp; Industry Wing of Rajyoga Education and Research Foundation, peacefully left her mortal body and returned to the lap of BapDada on 11 March 2026 (Wednesday) at 02:00 a.m.On 9 March 2026, Didi Ji suddenly experienced serious health complications due to brain hemorrhage and cardiac arrest, after which she was admitted to the Trauma Center where she was undergoing treatment under the supervision of doctors.The entire life of Rajyogini BK Geeta Didi Ji has been a shining example of spirituality, service, simplicity, dedication, and elevated values. By imbibing the teachings and disciplines of the Brahma Kumaris organization in her life, she selflessly served humanity. Her calm, simple, and graceful personality left a deep impression on the hearts of all who came in contact with her.As an International Motivational Speaker, Didi Ji presented the significance of Rajyoga Meditation, spiritual values, and ethical leadership very effectively on numerous platforms in India and abroad. Her inspiring thoughts gave positive direction to the lives of countless individuals. In particular, she inspired people in the business and industry sector to lead successful and balanced lives with spirituality and ethics.As the Headquarters Coordinator of the Business &amp; Industry Wing, Didi Ji played a significant role in connecting industrialists, business leaders, administrative officers, and representatives of various institutions with Rajyoga Meditation and spiritual values through numerous national and international conferences, seminars, and training programs. Om Shanti.Information regarding the Final Rites and Tribute Program • 12 March 2026 (Thursday) – 10:00 a.m. The mortal remains of Respected BK Geeta Didi Ji were brought from Global Hospital to Pandav Bhawan, Madhuban. • 10:15 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. Residents of Pandav Bhawan, Char Dham Yatra participants, and Madhuban residents offered their tributes. • 11:15 a.m. Residents of Mount Abu Museum offered their tributes. • 12:00 noon After the parikrama of Gyan Sarovar, residents there offered their tributes. • 02:00 p.m. The mortal remains were kept at Tapasya Dham, Shantivan for tributes by all residents and brothers and sisters who had come in the party. • 03:30 p.m. The mortal remains were taken to Muktidham for the final rites (cremation). • 06:30 p.m. Bhog was offered in remembrance of Respected BK Geeta Didi Ji at Diamond Hall, Shantivan.Om Shanti.

Dear Divine Family,Greetings and yaad from Madhuban.As previously communicated on 10 February 2026, the number of double foreigners registered for the Holi group, 8 March 2026 - including many National Coordinators, National Coordinating Teams, and Centre Coordinators - has already exceeded the accommodation capacity for double foreigners in the Mount (Gyan Sarovar and Pandav Bhawan).1. Those who have already submitted their names are requested to adjust and cooperate fully with the DF Accommodation Team. If the available accommodation is not to their preference, they may be relocated to Shantivan/Manmohini Van.2. Since groups usually arrive at the Mount all together, it would be very helpful if DFs print their completed Government Form C and bring it along with photocopies of their passport and Indian visa pages. This will help ensure that registration and room allotment can be completed smoothly and efficiently.3. Some Centres and Travel Coordinators are still submitting names for the 8 March 2026 group. We trust that these students have been clearly informed that they will need to stay at Shantivan or Manmohini Van, depending on room availability.Those Double Foreigners who registered after 10 February and feel they will not be comfortable staying at Shantivan, may consider postponing their visit to the 22 March Avyakt Meeting group.Please also note that the Holi Festival will be celebrated in India on 3rd and 4th March. Dear BK Family,Greetings and yaad from Madhuban.February is the month of Baba's birthday and Shiv Jayanti, and as a result many double foreigners wish to come to Madhuban Home to participate in BapDada's Meeting on 14 February.This is to inform you that as of 5 February 2026, the number of double foreigners registered for this group - including many Seniors, National Coordinators, National Coordinating Teams, and Centre Coordinators - has already exceeded the accommodation capacity for double foreigners in the Mount and in Gyan Sarovar and Pandav Bhawan. Those who have already submitted their names are kindly requested to adjust and cooperate fully with the DF Accommodation Team.Any DF students whose information and itinerary are uploaded to the Madhuban DF Travel Database after 6 February 2026 for the 14 February group should be aware that suitable accommodation in Gyan Sarovar and Pandav Bhawan will not be available, due to the large number of prior registrations and ongoing renovation work.Such students are therefore requested to proceed directly to Shantivan for their accommodation. Centres and Travel Coordinators are still required to upload the correct details on the DF Travel Database and clearly mention that accommodation will be in Shantivan due to the late submission.
