Any and all content (including user and visitor generated content) submitted either by email, comment forms, or any other page hosted at Our Yagya or its content aggregation systems becomes the property of Our Yagya and The Brahma Kumaris. The Our Yagya website team reserves the right to alter, remove, re-post, or re-purpose any such content.

Our Yagya shall be used for lawful purposes only. You may not use Our Yagya:
•    In any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect;
•    For the purpose of harming or attempting to harm minors in any way;
•    To post in, on, or through Our Yagya any material that violates or infringes in any way upon the rights of others, that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane, indecent, reflects negatively on The Brahma Kumaris, or is otherwise objectionable, gives rise to civil liability, or otherwise violates any applicable local, national or international law or regulation, or that encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offence.
•    To send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use or re-use any material which does not comply with our content and copyright standards;
•    To transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material or any other form of similar solicitation (spam);
•    To knowingly transmit data, or to send or upload any material that contains viruses, malware, spyware, adware or any other harmful programs or similar computer code designed to adversely affect the operation of any computer software or hardware.

You also agree not to access without authority, interfere with, damage or disrupt any part of our site; any equipment or network on which our site is stored; or any software used in the provision of our site.

Our Yagya may include or link to bulletin boards, chat rooms, forums or other message or communication facilities. You are solely responsible for any information you post in any forum. made available in, on, or through Our Yagya. You shall not (i) select or use a user or member name or email address of another person with the intent to impersonate that person; (ii) use, without authorization, a user or member name or email address which belongs to anyone other than you or which is subject to the rights of any person other than you; (iii) use a user or member name in violation of the intellectual property rights of any person; or (iv) use a user or member name that The Brahma Kumaris, in its sole discretion, deems offensive.

If Our Yagya is notified that a message posted in, on, or through this website violates the legal rights of others or the stated guidelines for posting messages, the Our Yagya website team shall have the right to remove the message and, if necessary, also block the account of the user. Such a posting will also constitute a breach of these Terms of Use.

You may link to Our Yagya’s home page, provided that:
•    You do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage The Brahma Kumaris brand or reputation or take advantage of it;
•    The website from which you are linking complies in all respects with the content standards set out in these Terms of Use.
•    You do not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists.
•    You do not establish a link from any website that is not owned by you.
•    You do not frame Our Yagya on any other site, nor create a link to any part of Our Yagya other than the home page without express permission from The Brahma Kumaris.
