While the other speakers spoke on how Dr. Martin Luther King's legacy influenced them personally and how it has inspired their beliefs and actions, Sister Bindu (Center Coordinator - Oklahoma City center) spoke about the legacy of Brahma Baba and how it has been an inspiration and led the guided meditation. Br. Venkatesh introduced the BKWSO to everyone. The event went very well.&nbsp; We were happy to have the presence of these souls in Baba's home. It was a pleasure to see how the speakers researched about Brahma Baba before coming and mentioned it in their speeches. In a symbolic gesture, obstacles to self-progress were ‘burned away’ in a bonfire, accompanied by reflections on virtues needed to overcome any barriers.As the clock struck midnight in Baba’s remembrance, the gathering heard heartfelt New Year wishes from Seniors, inspiring a collective and individual vision for 2025. Everyone reflected on their inner strengths, celebrated these qualities with Baba, and lovingly passed them on to the soul seated next to them. Each soul embraced the quality received as a blessing from Baba.Children added joy to the celebration with a spirited march, followed by the cutting of a celebratory cake. It all started in 1975 with Mamma’s murli in a satsang with the Vaswani family and Dr. Hansadidi in San Antonio, Texas, USA. After Dadiji Prakashmani’s first visit to the USA in 1976, Raja Yoga classes were conducted at Dr. Hansadidi’s place, and advertised in local newspapers. In 1977, A nonprofit organization was registered for Brahma Kumaris service, and a Raja Yoga center was opened. &nbsp;Newspaper article headlines read, “Raja Yoga Center First in U.S.” with Sister Denise’s picture. Dear Divine Family, Mexico welcomed BK Dr Hansa Raval (Texas, USA) for several programs. Mexico City: Dr. Hansadidi tied Rakhi to the Brahmin family and all teachers. Retreat near Cuernavaca: New students and BKs (50) experienced three days of spiritual retreat, including Garba dance and Rakhi. AMANC (Mexican Association for Aid to Children with Cancer): Dr. Hansadidi gave children with cancer, and their families, a talk on “Complimentary approach to healing cancer”. &nbsp;Initially, the children and families were detached.
