The event was organized in collaboration with the United Nations Association Oklahoma City chapter. Rising Together: A Gathering for Women's Liberation and Empowerment in Oklahoma City

<div class="gmail_attr" dir="ltr"><span style="font-size:18px;">Om Shanti,</span></div><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div><div><div class="gmail_signature" dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><span style="font-size:18px;">Dear Divine Global family,</span></div><div dir="ltr"><br><span style="font-size:18px;">We are pleased to share highlights from our recent&nbsp;<strong>Earth Day event</strong>&nbsp;held on&nbsp;<strong>April 19, 2025</strong>, at&nbsp;<strong>Oklahoma City University</strong>, centered around the theme&nbsp;<strong>"Caring for the Self, Caring for the Earth."&nbsp;</strong>The event began with opening remarks by&nbsp;<strong>Sister Bindu, Center Coordinator, Oklahoma City Center.</strong></span><br><br><span style="font-size:18px;">We were honored to welcome&nbsp;<strong>Sister Sonja from Copenhagen, Denmark</strong>, as one of our esteemed panelists. An excellent&nbsp;<strong>panel discussion</strong>&nbsp;followed, where&nbsp;<strong>environmental experts shared their insights on ways to nurture and protect Mother Earth</strong>, each speaking from the depth of their field of expertise. While all the panelists contributed meaningfully to the conversation, Sister Sonja’s words stood out, weaving together inner transformation with outer responsibility in a deeply inspiring manner.</span><br><br><span style="font-size:18px;">The event also offered&nbsp;<strong>interactive activities for both adults and children</strong>. Our program included distinguished speakers, including political leaders, video presentation, reflections and sharings, candle lighting, and meditation, followed by refreshments. While the other speakers spoke on how Dr. Martin Luther King's legacy influenced them personally and how it has inspired their beliefs and actions, Sister Bindu (Center Coordinator - Oklahoma City center) spoke about the legacy of Brahma Baba and how it has been an inspiration and led the guided meditation. Br. Venkatesh introduced the BKWSO to everyone. The event went very well.&nbsp;<br><br>We were happy to have the presence of these souls in Baba's home.
