He emphasized the importance of observing one’s attention, emotions, and thoughts, and offered insightful reflections on the impact of one’s presence—shaped through physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual energy.</p><p>On Friday, April 25, Brother Enrique was invited by the Department of Neurology at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), to lead a professional development session titled “Leadership Today.” Attendees included researchers, PhD candidates, and lab students from Dr. Reza Abbasi-Asl’s laboratory, as well as collaborators from other UCSF labs. Dr. Abbasi-Asl, Principal Investigator, expressed deep appreciation for the session, noting the profound connection between leadership and relationships that was explored. The experience of meditation, accompanied by live harp music, was especially well-received. Dr. Abbasi-Asl shared that the peaceful atmosphere and uplifting vibrations left a lasting impression on him. One PhD student described the meditation experience as one of true mindful rest, leaving him feeling completely refreshed. Many attendees expressed heartfelt gratitude and a strong interest in participating in future sessions.</p><p>That same evening, Brother Enrique led a public meditation program titled “Cultivating Inner Peace and Joy,” again accompanied by soothing live harp music. During his remarks, he highlighted that meditation is not merely a practice, but a way of life. Peace for the Nation and the World - San Fransisco Center Offers Solace to souls through meditation

<p>Om shanti,</p><div>Greetings of Peace and Love from San Francisco, U.S.A.&nbsp;&nbsp;</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><span style="color:#000000;">Brahma Kumaris Meditation Center, San Francisco, participated in the North of Panhandle Neighborhood Association (NOPNA) block party, on Saturday, June 8th, 2024.</span></div><div><span style="color:#000000;">&nbsp;</span></div><div><span style="color:#000000;">Two local politicians were present at the block party: Dean Preston, the District 5 Supervisor and there was a surprise visit by the SF mayor, London Breed, originally from the District 5 neighborhood who visited the BK San Francisco center before.</span></div><div><span style="color:#000000;">&nbsp;</span></div><div><span style="color:#000000;">The Block Party was filled with neighbors, families, artists, local business owners and organizations.
