Loving greetings from Madhuban. Please see the directions below for those travelling in Group 10 for the Avyakt Meeting in Madhuban on 22 March for the double foreigners. We also kindly request that any cancellations or changes be updated in the DF Travel Madhuban database, and that the information is also sent by email to Shashiben's Office.

1. Those who are planning to travel should closely monitor the situation in the days leading up to their departure and check the status of all flight sectors before leaving their country. There may be last-minute cancellations on certain routes, which could affect connecting flights and delay your travel. This also applies when returning to your home country. In such cases, purchasing new tickets may be costly, and any delay in your return could disrupt work schedules or other pre-arranged commitments in your country.

2. It is important that any information regarding Cancellations or Changes in Travel Dates is updated in the DF Madhuban Travel Database and also sent by email to Shashiben's Office at shashi@bkivv.org, as the daily reports generated from the Database do not always reflect cancellations.

3. Please extend full cooperation to the DF Accommodation Team as there is limited space in Gyan Sarovar and Pandav Bhawan. 

There may be a need to accommodate some double foreigners in Shantivan or Manmohini Van. If any double foreigners are staying beyond 24 March, they may shift to the Mount on 25 March. Please note that the Double Foreigner season in Abu will end around 31 March to 1-2 April 2026. After this period, the campuses will need to begin preparations for the upcoming Indian season.

4. Everyone should print their completed Government Form C and bring it with them to Abu, along with photocopies of their passport and Indian visa pages.
