With inspirations from Mohini Didi and in the light of the last two Sundays’ Avyakt Murlis, we have created self-respect points from the day’s Murli for the month of May.
The practice and the points are very simple: you take a seat and do a shift practice, a two-step drill, to stabilize for five minutes. We have noticed that when we oscillate between two steps, it becomes much easier to remain stable for those five minutes. That is what these points are designed to support.

BapDada’s inspiration from the Sunday, April 26 Avyakt Murli is that we do a self-respect practice at least 24 times throughout the whole day.
