Here are the points for May 15-31: Self Respect Practice Note that this drive contains all the points for the whole month.

The practice and the points are very simple: you take a seat and do a shift practice, a two-step drill, to stabilize for five minutes. We have noticed that when we oscillate between two steps, it becomes much easier to remain stable for those five minutes. That is what these points are designed to support.

Even in the Sunday, May 10 Avyakt Murli, Baba once again inspired us to practice self-respect throughout the day.
