Here is the Revised Link for the Online Schedule of Classes which will be broadcast from Gyan Sarovar during the DF Program. We hope you will join in whenever the timing suits you.

All timings shown are IST, and the videos will be available on the DF Madhuban Program YouTube Channel following the class DF Madhuban Program YouTube. For previous classes go to this Link.

For those coming to Madhuban, we look forward to welcoming you soon, where there will be opportunities for more special on the ground sessions.

Vegan and Gluten Free Options
The Gyan Sarovar Kitchen and Dining team have kindly arranged a counter for those wishing to have vegan and gluten free meals. You may register for these options on arrival in the Global Office in Gyan Sarovar (these will not be available in Pandav Bhavan).

Travel Information
Please remember to have your Travel Coordinators book your details in the DF travel database at least two weeks in advance of your arrival.

Care & Wellbeing Team
A new team has been created to look after your physical and emotional well-being when in Madhuban. Sr Gita from LA, USA will be the team leader on the ground for Group 2 and will be happy to care for you in case you need anything.

First Timers Journal
Last season you may recall all the First Timers received a printed journal filled with treasures to support them on their first visit to Madhuban. We will offer this same journal in English again to all the First Timers this upcoming Season. We will also offer sessions especially tailored for the First Timers to support them in using the journal.

Seasonal Journal
We will be printing a journal in English to explore this season’s theme. This journal will be given out in Madhuban to all those who join the journaling sessions.

DF Portal Resources
The newly developed DF Portal Resources includes both the English versions and translated editions of the First Timers Journal and the Season's Journal in multiple languages. It also offers additional materials to support the DF Family during their visit to Madhuban. DF Portal Resources

Translation
For printed copies of both the First Timers Journal and the Season’s Journal in languages other than English, please contact your Language Coordinator or NC/NCT to check.

Avyakt Meeting
Please note that on 15 November there will be the Avyakt meeting, and all the details for the transmission and links will come via the usual BOL Channel Team.
