Attached is the online schedule of sessions which will be broadcast from Gyan Sarovar during the DF Program for Group 8. We hope you will join in whenever the timing suits you. Please kindly circulate this poster to all.

For those coming to Madhuban, we look forward to welcoming you soon, where there will be opportunities for more special on the ground sessions.

Cold Weather 
Please do bring warm clothes as currently the weather is unusually cold in the mornings.

Vegan and Gluten Free Options
The Gyan Sarovar Kitchen and Dining team have kindly arranged a counter for those wishing to have vegan and gluten free meals. You may register for these options on arrival in the Global Office in Gyan Sarovar (these will not be available in Pandav Bhavan).

Avyakt Meeting
Please note that on the 25 February there will be the Avyakt meeting, and all the details for the transmission and links will come via the usual BOL channel team.

FM Radio for Shantivan
In Shantivan generally there are headsets available and also wifi is generally available for translation. You may consider bringing an FM Radio as a backup in the rare event both of these options are not available.

Travel Information
Please remember to have your Travel Coordinators book your details in the DF travel database at least two weeks in advance of your arrival.
