1. Upload of Data: Please ensure that your data has been uploaded onto the Madhuban Database by your Travel Coordinator or Centre Coordinator (CC).
2. Form C Requirement: You must either carry a completed Form C with you to Gyan Sarovar, or be prepared to fill it out upon arrival. 
3. In addition, please make sure to bring your original passport and visa pages, or physical copies of these documents. Mobile phone copies are not sufficient, as delays may occur in forwarding and printing them at the office.
