Fair Wind of the Destiny
Foreword
Mayak Mira has opened its doors wide to the All-Russian public organization "Labor Valor of Russia", one of the largest and most authoritative public organizations in modern Russia. Its branches operate in all the 89 regions of the country. Motto of the organization is: "Where we are, there is Victory!" The program "Fair Wind of the Destiny" was dedicated to the great people, creators of the era, heroes-creators, Heroes of Socialist labor, for whom labor became a matter of honor and valor. Brahma Kumaris recalled the great task carried by the Mission and felicitated the organisation.
Opening of the programme
The public programme, first of its kind at Brahma Kumaris, Moscow began with the welcome words by Sudha Didi followed by the greetings from the Ambassador of India to Russia, Mr. Vinay Kumar (greetings read by Mr. Abhishek,Embassy of India). Ms. Anna Wellington, Actress of the Moscow Musical Theater, welcomed the guests with a beautiful performance.
Labor Valor of Russia
The Labor Valor of Russia has been reviving and promoting a worthy attitude towards the people who work. The organization cooperates with the Presidential Administration of Russia, the State Duma, other federal authorities, the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation, the Committee of Public Relations and Youth Policy of Moscow. The help of Russia's Labor Prowess in preparing the President's Message to the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation is invaluable. It collaborates with Cultural figures, the Writers' Union, the Scientific Community, and many public organizations, including the Moscow House of Veterans of Wars and the Armed Forces.
Brief note of the activities
The organization Labor Valor of Russia publishes books, newspapers, and prospectuses about workers and their teachers, the labor and heroic traditions of Russia. "A medal for battle and a medal for labor is poured from one metal." Hearty warm words of gratitude were addressed to the generation of enthusiasts and creators. They laid a strong foundation for the future of Russia with their selfless work.
Bridge between the older and younger generations
Labor Valor of Russia is a bridge between the older and younger generations. The life of each participant of the program was full of difficulties: harsh climatic conditions, circumstances, challenges and difficult tasks that have no analogues in world practice. They worked and achieved unprecedented results, victory over circumstances and over oneself.
Work is a high–wave word for them, a rush of the soul, aspiration, talent and skill. Talent is the highest form of conscientious attitude to work. Labor Valor of Russia is a bridge between the older and younger generations, and an example and an unquenchable continuity.
The invited Heroes
Heroes of Socialist Labor Alexey Gavrilovich Levin, Head of the Labor Valor of Russia, Yuri Nikolaevich Chumachenko, Honored Worker of Soviet Union and Russia and Gennady Mikhailovich Levin, Honored Worker of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of the Russian Federation.
The life of each participant of the program was full of difficulties: harsh climatic conditions, circumstances, challenges, and difficult tasks that have no analogues in world practice. They worked and achieved unprecedented results, victory over circumstances and over oneself. The script is written by the authors for cinema and literary heroes. Real heroes write their own scenarios of their lives. In the lives of the heroes who took part in the program, there were many different non-standard situations that required extraordinary solutions.
Not everyone becomes a hero. Heroes explained to the audience about the cases from their lives when they could overcome the difficulties showing their best qualities. They did recall how they felt the help of the divine power. The audience listened with bated breath and were inspired by the wonderful examples.
Diamond of goodwill
The past achievements, the present and the expected future achievements of the Mission, no doubt are the true to the selected theme "Fair Wind of the Destiny".....with these words Sudha Didi welcomed the Heroes again to come on to the stage to receive the award to the organization "Labor Valor of Russia", as well as to Alexey Gavrilovich Levin, Yuri Nikolaevich Chumachenko and Gennady Mikhailovich Levin, with the award of public recognition "Diamond of goodwill" for the power of spirit. They made their lives wisely and selflessly, as their hearts inspired them.
The programme ended with a warm mini concert. While leaving the hall, each guest received a beautiful handmade greeting card with words to inspire the soul to do good for the unity of people.
