On the day of Raksha Bhandan, 19th of August 2024, Brahma Kumaris and a few other Indian organisations were invited to attend Rakhi celebrations at the Indian Embassy in Vienna.
His Excellency Ambassador Shri Shambhu S. Kumaran welcomed all groups and shared his thoughts on the Festival of Raksha Bhandan.

Thereafter Sister Stephi shared a Rakhi message and Sister Rikki applied a Sandalwood tilak and tied Rakhi to His Excellency as well as gifting a framed Shiv Baba Picture to the Ambassador.

Rakhi was then tied to the team of the Indian embassy and participants of the event.

Please find attached pictures from the event. It was good service to create and sustain friendship with the newly appointed Ambassador and members of the Indian Embassy.
