Is your glass half empty or half full? Does it even matter? Maybe what matters more is that you can refill your glass. Fill your glass with optimism, hope and gratitude. Pour positivity into your glass and slowly but surely you'll energise and empower yourself. A short talk with a chance to ask questions and ending with a meditation. Why NOT take a break and join us?
