For those doing the Introduction to Raja Yoga Meditation for the first time.

During this retreat we will cover the following topics: the types of thoughts we have, our spiritual identity, the Supreme Soul and the law of karma. There will be time for meditation, conversation, group activities, some silence and walks in nature.
