If your mind is always busy, tired, or stressed, this course is for you. In this 7-day Rajyoga course, you will learn that true peace is not outside—it is within you. Through simple meditations and easy practices, you can calm your mind, focus your thoughts, and increase your energy.
In this course, you will learn to understand yourself, realize that you are not just a body but a soul, and experience inner strength and peace by connecting with the Supreme. You will free yourself from negative thoughts, develop a positive and stable mind, strengthen your mind, intellect, and decision-making ability, and overcome old habits. Along with understanding the forces behind your actions and life circumstances, you will practice patience, focus, love, and inner peace. Through silence and meditation, you will calm and stabilize your mind and apply Rajyoga in your daily life to maintain balance in relationships and work.
