Retreat Theme:
SADHANA – A Meeting of Head, Heart, and Hands
This retreat is especially for those who are committed to their spiritual journey and serve with pure bhavna. Together, we will reflect, practice, and experience the depth of yoga so as to sustain a deep and natural balance between spiritual effort (sadhana) and selfless service (seva) - bringing the mind, intellect, heart, and actions into harmony.

A note for instruments:
There will be a center-based registration process, with a quota allotted to each center. Centers are requested to share this invitation to those students who have not yet attended a BK retreat this year, and who may value the depth of this retreat.
