6.30 am: Retreat Murli in engl.
7.30 to 8.30 am: Silence Session or Silent Walk
12 to 1 pm: Silence Session (Moringen retreats)
2 to 3 pm (optional): Silence Session (Moringen Retreats)
6 to 8 pm: Silence Session, 1 hr min.
