For those who have not attended this retreat before. This retreat invites you to grow your personal empowerment through meditation, while gardening. You'll get your hands dirty while learning the fundamentals of 'gardening the mind': weeding out unhelpful thinking & planting thoughts that will help your life flourish instead. Please bring gardening clothes, a hat, gloves, your favourite gardening tools.
