The Sindhi community in United India (pre 1947) was blessed with saints, wisdom seekers, business people, artists and those who excelled in every sphere of life. Since then, the community has spread globally and today accounts for one of the most successful communities having made their mark in education, spirituality, medicine, construction, realty, art, culture, Bollywood and beyond.

Needless to say, in order to attain our successes, we have overcome challenging times in work and relationships and still continue to do so today.

The Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual organization was founded by Sindhis precisely 88 years ago in Sindh, and still somehow carries the fragrance of proactive Sindhi culture, now globally reaching at least 140 countries, with millions who have benefitted from the teachings of meditation, self-development and wellness.

We are pleased to announce that The Peace Village campus in Catskill Mountains, New York, which is housed in 6 buildings on 300 acres of woods, trails and streams takes pleasure in inviting you for a residential retreat titled “Pathways to Peace, Love and Happiness” from June 14-16, 2024 (arrivals June 13).

During the period of a weekend retreat, we will explore new ways to empower / recharge the self, and increase our spiritual capacity in many ways to bring a new energy into our lives. This form of rejuvenation will be facilitated by nature walks, picnic in the woods and laughter yoga amongst other activities for learning and sustaining self-empowerment.
