Everything that you find in the room where you are sitting, except the plants, starts in the invisible. A human mind had to think of a chair, table, or even a cushion. They had to think of it first, work out how to go about building it in the best way, and then try it. So, the start of the chair was in the mind, the invisible.
We are also influenced or guided by the invisible. Our mind elaborates in the invisible and then decides and goes into action. The decision or choice is also taken invisibly. We ourselves, as energy, soul, and spirit are invisible. The physical body is visible. It belongs to matter. It responds through the sense organs and communicates what it feels, sees, or hears to the soul.
The future is also invisible. I have hope that the future will be good. I have this faith along with other elements of faith in accordance with my beliefs. All of this is invisible.
We are, however, very concentrated on matter and the physical world. A great part of our lives is focused on the invisible. Think of peace, joy, love, and hope. And the great One, God.
Are there sense organs that recognize the invisible? If we compare ourselves with animals, they have very well-developed sense organs allowing them to hear ultrasonic sounds. Their sense of smell can be trained to alert humans of specific medical issues, as well as detect hidden drugs. Worms, dogs, and other animals can sense earthquakes long before they begin. They can sense vibrations of fear from us and ‘perceive’ many things we don’t. Dogs, for example, just know how we feel about them. They know when they are loved.
The quality of our emotional life depends on the invisible. My spiritual sensitivity will allow me to understand myself and others. The more I develop my spiritual intelligence, the more I become alert to vibrations.
How much do I know about myself, the soul, the spirit, the part that is invisible? How well can I accurately discern what is going on inside? Can I precisely evaluate people by their body language, facial expressions, and vibrations?
Can I discern my motivations, like kindness, selfishness, and charity, and those of others? Can I respond in the best way possible, like the example of Michelle Obama telling her daughter upon observing the bad behaviour of another person: “When they go low, we go high!”?
Can I understand the difference between limited satisfaction and happiness? An unselfish gesture can make a lasting impact on someone. It has been discovered that people who work in voluntary organizations that help other people unselfishly, gain benefits such as stronger immune systems.
Man has always looked for a connection with God, the Ultimate Invisible! It is necessary to fully develop our awareness of the invisible to connect with Him.
The invisible is very real. Maybe it is to be trusted even more than what we can physically see.
