For the past seven years, I've been practicing Rajyoga, a spiritual path that has truly transformed my life. I'm excited to share my experiences, especially for other young people who might be searching for a more peaceful way to navigate the world.

I Was Always a Little Different

Even as a child, I sensed I was different. While other kids were busy with typical games, I found myself drawn to the company of adults and seniors. I saw them as "mobile libraries" filled with wisdom and experience, and I preferred spending time with them, soaking up their stories and insights. My father even called me his "silent child" because I was often by myself, observing life and pondering questions that most children don't typically ask, like "Why this world, how it works?"

School was a particular challenge for me. Teachers would often tell me to "be present" and "don't dream." It wasn't that I wasn't trying to pay attention, but my soul felt attracted to another dimension, to things beyond what my eyes could see. It was difficult to focus on topics that, for me, didn't feel familiar or relevant to the bigger process of life. Looking back, I realize now that the spiritual seeds were always there, deep within me, even if I couldn't consciously recognize them at the time. It was as if I was constantly trying to fit into a specific box, but my spirit longed for something more.

Finding My Path to Freedom

After finishing school, like many young people, I thought about my future. While the conventional path often involves finding a partner and starting a family, my main aim was to attain freedom by being good with myself, with my own soul. I pursued modern applied languages, believing that English would be a useful skill on my journey to self-sufficiency. I had a few ordinary jobs, living what seemed like an ordinary life.

Then, when I was around 30 to 35 years old, Rajyoga entered my life. And wow, it was a profound shift! It brought a real sense of newness, clarity, and realization. It was like the day finally arrived, the moment I had been waiting for.

Rajyoga: The Best Education I've Ever Received

Rajyoga brings more light and peace into our lives. For me, it truly is the best education I've ever received. Sometimes I wish I had discovered it in childhood, but I also understand that everything happens at the perfect time. As the saying goes, "the master comes when the student is ready," and it was the right moment for me to fully understand the beautiful knowledge of Rajyoga.

Our daily practice includes morning readings, shared meditation, and inspiring lectures. It's like hearing powerful stories from books that help us go deeper into ourselves, not just live an enthusiastic way of life, but a truly profound one.

The Power of a Morning Practice

Many people nowadays feel like life has become a burden. I can see and feel the frustration among today's youth; it's heavy. But Rajyoga made everything easier for me, and it continues to do so. It's an evolving journey, and it's thanks to a regular practice that I can maintain a constant and stable way of life.

The way we start our day is incredibly important. I have a consistent practice of meditating every morning. If, by accident, I miss my early morning meditation, the day just isn't the same. I feel like I'm living an ordinary life, like "a rabbit," easily influenced and affected by situations and relationships, rather than mastering them. Morning meditation is like showering our spirit, our mind, our inner self. It allows us to shine our inner self, making the entire day easier to live and experience.

A Spiritual Practice, Not Just a Religion

Rajyoga is a yogic way of life. The best part of it is living, experimenting, and sharing a high-level way of life together. It's about growing up in the best possible way.

Of course, we all face different issues, situations, and relationships. It's impossible to master everything all the time, but we learn that it's part of the process. Even if we fall, we know that after the rain, there is the sun; after the night, there is the day. Rajyoga's life is about staying in that "day" as much as possible.
