Do you wonder where your set of beliefs gathered along life’s journey have come from? Whatever you believe about happiness, love, respect, anger or stress were mostly merged in you based on your social conditioning. Have you paused to evaluate them, to accept what is right and discard limiting beliefs?   Society spreads limiting beliefs such as anger is necessary. By believing anger is necessary we used anger repeatedly. So even if we wanted to be peaceful, it was temporary.  We also began believing happiness comes from achievements and physical wealth, stress is natural, people and situations decide how I feel, etc.

Each one of us is a walking radiator, mostly radiating thoughts and attitudes. From deep within we radiate our state of being. The essential, original and eternal state of every being is peaceful and loving. The quality of our thoughts, feelings, attitude, habits, personality and our destiny is perceived through what we believe. Our lifestyle relies on our belief system. A Belief System is comparable to a computer’s Operating System. Our beliefs are the absolute truths for us and drive our life, our thoughts, words and behavior.

Take care along with the right actions and words, that thoughts and attitudes are also right. One incorrect belief in relationships is we think people know and judge only by what we speak and do, but they may not sense what we think. We need to give more importance to  thoughts, as they travel faster than words and are a more powerful and subtle energy.  It is the intention, via the thought energy or vibrations we transmit, which matters more than the actions.  Our inner intentions create true transparency in relationships.

 What we believe has a dominating influence on our destiny and can be very damaging, so we cannot afford to hold a single wrong belief. Let us consciously check and change limiting and incorrect beliefs that hold us back from living a beautiful life. Sit back and prepare your mind to delete beliefs that are obstacles to your own growth, well being and success. To practice this visualize the reality you want, create a thought that this reality already exists and then start radiating that thought to people or to the situation. Think and talk only what you want and should happen, believing that it has already happened, and it will be achieved.
