When I first came to India, I was in my early 30s. I had been working as an interpreter, traveling, and trying to find my place in the world. I felt a sense of responsibility, like a child growing up and taking on the world. But deep down, I knew there was something more.

A Spiritual Evolution: From Seedling to Pillar

I remember feeling like a small, thin blade of grass in a vast field. Vulnerable, unsure, and searching. Over the past 26 years, I've seen myself transform, grow, and strengthen. It's like I've gone from that fragile seedling to a strong, supportive pillar. This transformation wasn't just about personal growth; it was about understanding my role in the world and finding my inner strength.

Finding Strength in a Troubled World

In today's world, it's easy to feel overwhelmed by the chaos and suffering. When I see the news, the conflicts, and the displacement, my heart aches. But through my spiritual journey, I've learned to respond with love and compassion, not fear.

"I feel like a soul, like a personality," I shared during the interview. "I know that I have such like motherly attitude towards the people. And when I see that situations are going worse and worse, I felt that I should do something for the people."

This "motherly attitude" isn't about being physically present in every crisis. It's about sending out positive vibrations, love, and good wishes. It's about recognizing that we are all interconnected, and that even a thought can have a powerful impact.

God: My Beloved Child and Constant Companion

One of the most profound aspects of my journey has been discovering my relationship with God. It's a relationship that defies traditional definitions. I see God not just as a parent, but also as a child, a friend, and a beloved.

When I first came to the university, I saw meditation as nothing more than pure love," I explained. "At that time, I was very young and thought that way. That was what I understood best—that I had found my God."

I know this might sound unusual to some. How can you have a relationship with someone you can't see? But for me, it's about feeling the presence of love in my heart. It's about knowing that I am never alone, that I am always supported.

Meditation: A Continuous Connection

Many people think meditation is something you do in isolation, separate from your daily life. But I believe meditation is a continuous state of connection. It's about being mindful of your thoughts and feelings, even when you're working or interacting with others.

"When you are going for your job, when you are doing some home work, home task. At that time, you are feeling also, you are thinking also. It is not separated things," I said. "And the question is, what are you thinking about? What are you feeling now?"

It's about being a "lighthouse" for others, a source of positive energy and support. And to do that, you need to find your own source of strength within.

The Beauty of India and the Brahma Kumaris

Coming to India was like coming home. I felt an immediate connection with the people, the culture, and the energy.

"When I came to India, I saw when I was watching people, I saw that everyone of them very much acquainted to me," I shared. "Like a type of face."

And the Brahma Kumaris organization has been a sanctuary for me. The facilities are excellent, the environment is pure, and the people are genuinely kind and supportive. It's a place where I've been able to deepen my spiritual practice and find a sense of community.

I hope this glimpse into my journey has been meaningful for you. Remember, spirituality is a personal journey, and there is no right or wrong way to connect with the divine. Trust your heart, follow your intuition, and never stop searching for the love that resides within you.

Thank you for being here, and I'll see you next time!
