Lots of buildings have fallen and a couple of hundreds of deaths with the numbers rising.Baba's home (the centre) is located on the 14th floor of a high rise building but those buildings were built to withstand earthquakes. So the centre is safe and all Baba's children in Venezuela are also safe.In Venezuela, for safety, it's better to live in an apartment building as it's more vulnerable to live in houses. This event was attended by a limited number of specially invited persons numbering just over one hundred. The main aim was to bring VIP’s and other cooperative souls to Baba’s home. This has slowed down since Covid 19 as many souls including BK’s are in less numbers to the Centre.It was a spectacular, heartwarming and spiritually charged environment. Guest upon guest, each one being professionals, respectable in society, who have admiration for values, virtues, and acts of kindness, expressed their gratitude and compassion for their experiences of Spirituality in practical application of the benefits they have achieved from their encounter with Sr Payal and other BK’s.Many friends meeting each other after a long time brought jubilation, laughter and happiness. “An angel is in our midst”, a true mother, a caregiver, referring to Sr Payal was expressed. Expressions through songs, video documentary, commentary, topped off by sharing of gifts and dinner left everyone in attendance in a feeling of blissfulness.Special thanks must be given for the contribution of Harilal Bhaiji and his team at Godlywood studio for producing a short documentary on the life of Sr Payal from childhood to present. Souls were very impressed with both her academic and spiritual contribution as well as her acknowledgements of awards for her service. High compliments and thanks for such a wonderful presentation by Goodly Studio in a very short time which I hope will be shared with the family as a means of knowledge and inspiration.The cooperation of the staff for the hosting of the event was family oriented. Love and selflessness were expressed as each one giving of their worth and talent. Her speech was very much appreciated and touched the hearts of those gathered. Several attendees have shown interest in meditation after listening to Sr Payal.&nbsp;While it is rooted in Indian culture and traditions, the Diwali celebration outside India is equally vibrant and colourful. Payal was invited by the UN National Co Ordinator Ms Andrea Andrew to participate in a series of activities.· &nbsp; &nbsp; On Thursday 24th October she attended the flag hoisting event at the Prime Minister’s Office in the presence of diplomats as a symbol of hope and mutual commitment to multilateralism· &nbsp; &nbsp; On Friday 25th Sister Payal participated in the clean and healthy environment exercise and· &nbsp; &nbsp; On Saturday 26th October she along with Minister of the environment Hon Chet Greene, UN Director Ms Andrea and staff members, dignitaries and residents, participated in the Advocacy Walk for Peace to raise awareness of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) for two hours on the island of Antigua.Several visits are being planned to schools, as well as to MSMEs to highlight how the UN is supporting efforts to leave no one behind in Antigua. An SDG-themed debate is also being planned, among other activities to observe this UN milestone.UN Day has been celebrated since 1948 and marks the anniversary of the entry into force of the UN Charter in 1945. This year’s theme is an important one for Antigua and Barbuda, as it reminds us&nbsp;that full productive employment and decent work for all are indicative of inclusive and sustained economic growth.
