Lots of buildings have fallen and a couple of hundreds of deaths with the numbers rising.Baba's home (the centre) is located on the 14th floor of a high rise building but those buildings were built to withstand earthquakes. So the centre is safe and all Baba's children in Venezuela are also safe.In Venezuela, for safety, it's better to live in an apartment building as it's more vulnerable to live in houses. The retreat was designed to support and deepen their ongoing Rajyoga journey. The day began with an opening session by Sister Kusum, who highlighted the importance of practicing soul consciousness and maintaining a connection with the soul’s eternal Parent. A guided meditation followed, helping participants experience these teachings more deeply.&nbsp; The retreat included various activities, including physical and gratitude exercises. Participants also engaged in group discussions where they shared their experiences, learned from one another, and received guidance from facilitators on incorporating spiritual disciplines into daily life. Together, they created gentle, practical plans for their next steps on the path. The retreat concluded with a session of deep meditation, followed by offering bhog to Baba and Brahma Bhojan with toli and blessings.
