Dear Global Family Brahma Kumaris Silicon Valley was honored to participate in the 11th International Day of Yoga hosted by Consulate General of India San Francisco Office (CGI), India Community Center (ICC) along with various Bay Area non-profit organizations. Representing the organization, Sister Kusum shared insightful reflections on what yoga truly means—a deep connection of the soul with the Supreme. She also led the audience through a powerful guided meditation commentary, creating a peaceful and uplifting atmosphere.To continue the journey inward, she warmly invited everyone to visit the Brahma Kumaris center to learn and experience Raja Yoga meditation, a practice that empowers the mind and nurtures the spirit.
