It was created to offer a counterbalance to the International Day of Yoga, on June 21st, which is primarily about hatha yoga. This year, World Meditation Day falls on the third Sunday in December. We are encouraging all centers to organize special events that day to make it culturally appealing and spiritually rejuvenating to all. Since the UN is celebrating its 80th anniversary this year, we suggest using its theme of “Building Our Futures Together”.The BK UN office is looking forward to receiving news about the events you hosted.
