Representing the organization, Sister Kusum shared insightful reflections on what yoga truly means—a deep connection of the soul with the Supreme. She also led the audience through a powerful guided meditation commentary, creating a peaceful and uplifting atmosphere.To continue the journey inward, she warmly invited everyone to visit the Brahma Kumaris center to learn and experience Raja Yoga meditation, a practice that empowers the mind and nurtures the spirit.
