The retreat was designed to support and deepen their ongoing Rajyoga journey.<br><br>The day began with an opening session by Sister Kusum, who highlighted the importance of practicing soul consciousness and maintaining a connection with the soul’s eternal Parent. A guided meditation followed, helping participants experience these teachings more deeply.&nbsp;<br><br>The retreat included various activities, including physical and gratitude exercises. Participants also engaged in group discussions where they shared their experiences, learned from one another, and received guidance from facilitators on incorporating spiritual disciplines into daily life. Together, they created gentle, practical plans for their next steps on the path.<br><br>The retreat concluded with a session of deep meditation, followed by offering bhog to Baba and Brahma Bhojan with toli and blessings.
