	Seeking deeper meaning to life&rsquo;s experiences, Helen took up Raja Yoga meditation with the Brahma Kumaris in the mid-80s.&nbsp;</div>

	Helen represented the Brahma Kumaris at the United Nations in Geneva for eight years, joining hands with other nongovernmental organisations in the fields of human rights, education, women and youth, and sustainable development.</div>
