In this take on the classic mushroom stroganoff, Shuna Herscovitz uses special mushrooms found in Zimbabwe where she lives, that appear on anthills after the rains. If you are short on anthills, other mushrooms varieties will do well. Shuna Herscovitz is a regular meditator who enjoys conscious cooking.
