Spiritual Behavior Creates a Stress Free Life

A stress-free life begins when we stop allowing people and situations to control our state of mind.
The quality of our thoughts is shaped by what we choose to absorb each day. Our conscious choices create a powerful mind. However, we often find ourselves negatively influenced by different types of situations and inner power reduces. Thoughts from the past and worries about the future do not make good conversation. Learn to talk properly to the self, and remind it to remain silent when necessary. Learn to talk to your mind with love and keep these rules in mind:
- When someone hurts you. Don’t react, let your silence speak.
- Silence is not weakness, it is power without noise. Silence echo's louder than anger.
- When you stop reacting, you reclaim your power.
- Detachment isn’t coldness. It is mastery over our emotions.
- Walk away quietly, no drama, no explanations needed.
- People remember restraint far longer than shouting
- Pain is a teacher, not a weakness.
- Heal in peace, Not through revenge.
- Let karma handle what anger cannot.
- Positive influence is easier and more effective than negative control.
When I influence the actor instead, by radiating good feelings and good wishes to him, the other person will change and act in a positive manner, and I will also be free from stress.
One of the most significant causes of stress is the thought – I am the role, an incorrect consciousness. The correct consciousness instead is I am a soul, a spiritual actor, and the role is my act. An actor on a drama stage never identifies with his role and does not ever get attached to it.
My role is temporary and not my real self. My real self is me, an eternal thinking being of light, full of qualities and powers. Others are also actors and sometimes their act will not be as I may expect, but I remain light because I know that positive influence is easier than negative control. If I try to control the other person’s act, I will create a stressful mind, relationship and environment.
By taking responsibility for our thoughts we reclaim our inner power and respond to life with calmness, clarity, and confidence. By filling the mind with peace, wisdom, and elevated knowledge, the soul naturally radiates those same qualities.
