Mental fitness is the ability to rule our mind

Loneliness and depression are painful emotional and spiritual states of feeling isolated or disconnected from others, often accompanied by a sense of emptiness or lack of companionship. It can occur even when surrounded by people.“The feeling of being invisible is worse when you’re around people who claim to care.”

Most people focus on the obvious stuff when it comes to their health. Exercise. Diet. Sleep. And all of that matters. But there's other factors that quietly influences the health of people, and that's loneliness. Loneliness isn't just an emotional state. It is also a physical health risk. And the research suggests that the antidote is meaningful social connection.  What counts as “meaningful connection”? Regular conversations with people who know you. Shared activities with a purpose. Feeling like you belong to something. Being part of a group working towards a common goal.

Mental fitness is the ability to rule our mind.  The mind silently creates so many thoughts. When faced with choices and problems that confuse or seem to lack solution, go within, away from the physical senses and pay attention to the quality of your thoughts. In meditation direct positive thoughts to the mind.    We get to know our-selves completely, both who we are inside and how we react to what is outside.

Focus attention behind your eyes and enter the solitude of the soul. Visualize the self as spiritual light radiating light.  Pay attention and respectfully listen to the inner voice of your conscience.  It connects us to what is right and just, not the values seen otherwise in society. Connect and be showered with God’s powerful loving light, only a thought away. This pure love and power strengthens our conscience and will power to do good, and is the spiritual force that destroys depression and unlocks our potential. The old nature of hopelessness stops taking over and ultimately disappears. We see how unique and special we are and feel a deep refreshment and joy.  Our attention moves away from competition to contribution.  Our positive spiritual attitude now unlocked helps us easily support and uplift others and give blessings. Tto be mentally fit we reach such a constant level of positive thoughts that pure actions happen naturally! What a wonderful stage to reach!!.
